kk advisory was formed to offer specialist advisory services and raise capital for growth companies or companies undergoing significant change or restructurings. The business was founded by Kam Bansil who has spent the last 15 years helping small and midcap companies (market cap below £1bn) through his deep understanding of equity capital markets. He has led or co-led well over $1bn of equity fundraisings. The Group offers three key services IR advisory (including introductions to investors), perception studies and IPO management.
