The products cover “Researching Institutions”, “Semiconductor”, “Display”, “LED lighting”, “Thin film solar cell” and “Vacuum Coating” industries. Vacuum is mostly applied to Thin film technologies: Evaporating, Sputtering, PECVD, MOCVD, ALD.etc. There are also cover to surface analysis technologies and ion implanting system. The products are selected to the finest grade of stainless steel. Manufacturing operation certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. All materials are traceable and provide materials certificate to insure the best service to customers. All this products’ lines are using SUS304L stainless steel. The low carbon content make all our flanges and fittings have lower out gassing rate to SUS304 material flanges and fittings. All bored flanges, weld flanges and related to fabrication components, are fitted for 3A standard tube size.
