Klein Design Research was founded to bring best practices in research into design processes and co-create meaningful products and services. At Klein DR, we provide two kinds of services - 1. UNDERSTANDING USERS We 'reach out' and understand the existing or potential users of your products and services - who they are, how they live, what they think – in order to inform design. To do so we use Ethnographic research and other relevant qualitative methods. We then translate insights into design strategies and directions that are relevant to your business. For interested clients, we help convert these design strategies into tangible products and services by collaborating with designers. ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTING Our vast experience in organisational consulting can help you 'reach within' and achieve your organisational goals by understanding organisational processes and structures, as well as the people who shape and are shaped by them.To do so we use Organisational Ethnography as well as principles of Action Science, and Organisational Development.
