We are a small precision engineering company, with the following capacity- 4 axis CNC milling 3 axis (driven tooling) CNC mill turn with bar feeder and lights out 24/7 2 axis CNC lathe with tailstock for those longer parts manufacturing Gear shaping to 355mm external and 530mm internal x 50mm face width Cylindrical external and internal grinding Surface grinding - up to 300mm (12") x 900mm (36") Honing from 1.1mm to 76mm and then by hand up to 727mm Surface treatment, media blasting, polishing and Chemi blacking Compression moulding now available on site up to 50 tonnes 320mm CNC programmable bandsaw - metal cutting service available
