KMRE is a service of Kulshan Community Media. Our mission is to cultivate and strengthen community in Bellingham and Whatcom County and provide access, training and radio broadcast opportunities to people throughout our region. KCM produces local, diverse audio programs to inform, educate and entertain our community. We promote underserved voices, inspire creative discussion, education and ideas, and enhance social, cultural, and environmental awareness through quality arts, music, humanities and public affairs programming to our communities within our broadcast area and throughout the Pacific Northwest
