Knight & Knoxley is an independent estate agency with years of experience in the South Coast sales and lettings markets, as well as specialising in renovations and refurbishments in Brighton, Hastings and London. When Knight & Knoxley was founded in 2016, our mission was to be ‘The Next Generation of Estate Agency’. We have our own unique, informal approach - rarely seen in suits, never being ‘pushy salespeople’ - which has led to us building strong relationships with our clients over the years. As a truly independent agency, we’re able to offer a bespoke service that we can be proud of. Our clients will always be looked after by one of the partners in the business, who take ownership of the entire process from start to finish. The partners are contactable beyond normal business hours, 7-days a week, to ensure any questions or concerns can be answered immediately. Unlike other companies, we don’t use viewing agents to conduct viewings. Our partners have a wealth of knowledge in the property industry and we believe that using them to conduct viewings will showcase our client’s properties in the best possible light. This also allows for accurate feedback to be delivered directly to the vendor. Although we appreciate that the property industry can be very technical, we feel strongly that it isn’t rocket science to stay honest and provide a straightforward service. Our customer-first approach has allowed us to grow steadily over the years, with 2022 promising to bring more success with exciting new projects across all sectors of the business.
