Established in 2009, Knights Training Academy aim to deliver a diverse range of training solutions from work-based qualifications such as Apprenticeships and NVQ training to high quality short courses including health and fitness, digital skills and security. Throughout this expansion, our key mission, goals and values have remained the same. Our mission is to be an outstanding Academy, committed to the success of our learners and employers. Our focus is on meeting national and regional education, skills and employment goals for individuals and employers. Knights Training Academy is committed to a policy of continuous quality improvement. This means robust, accurate and ongoing self-assessment which leads to real improvement in the quality of the learners’ experience and success. We are holders of the matrix standard: a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals. At Knights, we understand well the need to ensure that training is relevant, current and of the highest quality. Our sister company, the Knights Group, employs well over staff each of whom has progressed though the Knights Academy, following training programmes which inspire.
