A research based healthcare education and consulting organization, rooted in anti-oppression and anti-racism. Founded by a Social Worker and an Occupational I Therapist of Color, with the purpose of tearing down the barriers of bias in our workplaces, our schools, and in our everyday meaningful activities. Their personal and professional experiences have given them a unique and genuine expertise to the intersections of race, health, culture, and justice. There is no time for BS in your DEI work. There is no such thing as having NO bias, but we must KNOW our biases.
