We are building an advanced AI that can hold a conversation with continuous learning, intentions, empathy and personality. Our customers can create their own basic human on our platform and use it for their own products and services. There’s a huge need in many markets to scale-up human conversation, for instance in Medtech between caregivers and patients, or in education between teacher and students, or in computer games, research, customer service, sales, GovTech… The need is everywhere, but there are simply no good solution yet. Chatbots are stupid and scripted. Deep Learning fake knowledge, has hidden bias and are unpredictable. We think Knowing Company can solve that problem.
