Thanks to its growing reputation and successful participation in contract tendering, often competing against firms of far greater size and resources, the firm is now expanding with the recruitment of several new members of staff including other experienced solicitors, trainees and paralegals, all dedicated to this area of work. Set up in 2011 by Tom Knox (Solicitor) and Sarah Ellis (Barrister) the business is a combination of their respective expertise gained over many years working on behalf of Registered Providers and Local Authorities. Their knowledge and skills blend well to provide clients with advice on Anti-Social Behaviour, Housing Management and Leasehold Management with Sarah conducting the majority of trial advocacy from County Court through to Court of Appeal.
