Started in 2020, Knuckledragger Studios was born out of a desire to bridge the world between music and visual and audio storytelling. Pushed off the stage and into the home studio by the pandemic, musician and engineer Austin Fields started a journey working as a composer for film and television, quickly utilizing his love for cinema and oceanic compositions to create sonic worlds for the screen. In 2021, Austin expanded his work from the screen to the earbuds of everyday listeners through podcast engineering and sound design.
