Knust Blockchain Hub

KNUST Blockchain hub is the first ever campus based blockchain organization in Ghana. This crypto club is mainly to provide education to its members and the masses and also build blockchain and crypto projects. Africa is faced with a number of problems that can be addressed with blockchain and we intend to do so. With problems ranging from Cross-Border Supply Chains, Healthcare Systems, Energy Supply, Property and Identity Management, Voting systems, Food supply chain and Education. With the growing advancement in technology, this newly set organization has started bringing together many of the bright minded computer science students and computer engineering students. Blockchain and cryptocurrencies have been in our region for sometime now but still lack adoption, KNUST Blockchain Hub seeks to create awareness and increase adoption by providing education. The club has core members who are computer science and computer engineering major. Although the University has no course for blockchain, members are taking virtual courses on blockchain developing and are now ready to collaborate with other blockchain developers to build Decentralized applications and projects.
