Kobe Metal has extended the exclusive agreement with Nantong Special Steel/Zhongxing Energy to include the North American, European, and Middle East markets. Nantong’s team has recently developed a new manufacturing process that can successfully produce 30″OD Sch5s seamless pipe; customers can now take advantage of the seamless bene ts in traditional elds that normally used welded stainless pipe. Nantong has a dominant market share in the Chinese nuclear market, is on the Approved Manufacturers List (AML) of Marathon Oil, BP, LyondellBassel, ConocoPhillips, Air Products, Technip/KTI and its pipes have been used in multiple projects for ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron and Saudi Aramco.
