We work with marginal farmers on residue free cultivation practices, and locally process the products hygienically under strict quality controls using modern electrical dehydration technology at optimum temperatures. Our stringent quality testing processes ensure everything that reaches your home (and stomach!) is 100% real, nutrition-packed & preservative free. We have adopted a systems approach and created an integrated and efficient farm to consumer value chain with a net positive impact on the ecosystem. Our community based integrated systems model is extremely climate sensitive. We promote soil health by reducing pesticide use and residue. We encourage crop diversification away from water intensive cotton and paddy. We minimize food waste by processing at source. We use dehydration technology that creates shelf stable, low volume product packs, significantly reducing energy use for transportation and storage. We minimize transportation from farm to processing, and processing to fulfillment. We are very focused on the economic and social well being of the community and creating supplemental livelihood and income opportunities for farmers and women.
