Kolega Institute

Since 2021, we work with leaders and organisations across Indonesia to shape ideas and turn ambition into impact. We do this through two integrated streams of work. First, consulting (Kolega Advisory). We advise on individual and organisational strategy, branding and narrative, and policy impact by helping leaders and institutions make decisions that are effective and ethical. Second, training (Kolega Academy). We build capabilities in personality development, leadership and innovation, public communication and presentation, and emotional regulation, equipping leaders with the skills they need to perform in complex environments. We combine insight, practice, and learning to support personal growth, organisational excellence, and public impact.
