We recognize our dual roles- as a responsible citizen of India at large and as a responsive member of “KOMAL SAPNE” and look ourselves in a wider context as a “beyond INDIAN citizen”. we aspire to be a globally recognized NGO with our concurrent presence in every socially relevant segments of Indian society. We emphasize “influencing practice” and “promoting value-based growth”, which remain the guiding posts for planning and execution in all that we do. In our endeavors, we emphasize on 1) attitudes and skills as much as knowledge, 2)indigenous learner-centric pedagogy, and 3)global best practices. Our attempt is to synthesize the apparent contradictions between western efficiency and eastern ethos, and competition and between western efficiency and eastern ethos, and competition and collaboration. We believe this could be a global model one day. When we are inducted into KOMAL SAPNE we make a promise about being involved in the activities of the NGO; that we will use the skills we have for the betterment of Komal Sapne’s programs; that we will give of our time wherever possible-
