Komerscial is a full service architecture and design firm with a focus on all areas of design. Located in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, Komerscial is organized to support clients at every stage of the design cycle. We provide programming, space planning/vision sessions, design development, construction documents, construction administration, bid coordination, brand design, furniture specification, move coordination, art selection, audio visual selection and project management services to our clients. Together, we consist of an eclectic group of design professionals specializing in interior and base building design for corporate office buildings, financial services firms, healthcare, hospitality, government, restaurants, residential, and workplace. Our mission is simple: Foster a collaborative environment between the client and Komerscial to produce a design that exceeds requirements and the imagination within budget.
