Komugi Noodles

We realised that opening a good ramen shop in the UK was not an easy task. First things first you needed fresh, high-quality noodles. There can’t be a good bowl of ramen without good noodles, right. The options were either spending a fortune in machinery, which requires extra space or to purchase noodles that didn’t live up to expectations. We want to make this process easier. We love eating ramen and want as many ramen shops in the UK as possible. This is the reason why we decided to open Komugi Noodles. We are chefs that love the craft of making noodles. We’ve left our little pasta machines at home and move to a factory to pursue this great challenge of producing the best ramen noodles in the UK.
