Our mission is to help you feel better, think better, and breathe better. The Shift is a revolutionary breathing tool created by a husband and wife team that makes it easy to slow your exhale. A slower exhale has helped satisfied customers break the stress cycle, reduce anxiety anywhere (in traffic, on planes, before meetings, as parents), quit nicotine, improve focus, and simply feel better. We take breaths a day. We also process thoughts a day, most of which are repeats from yesterday, most of which induce stress. Stress causes shallow breathing, which causes more stress. When you use the Shift to slow your exhale, you break the stress cycle.
