Kontrapunkt Gallery

Kontrapunkt (eng. “counterpoint”) in music means Polyphony, the relationship between two or more voices that are in harmony and yet independent. We believe that this kind of diversified harmony is crucial for maintaining the vitality of the art world, be it a private or corporate art collection, or art history in a whole. By fostering the research and exhibition of art from underrepresented regions of the world we set as a mission to contribute to such polyphony. The gallery takes equal pride in having in our stable both established artists as well as those who are now in the beginning of their career and are showing great promise by creating works of high artistic and symbolic value. The gallery exists in a nomadic mode: pop-up exhibitions are held at various sites all around the world.
