Der Konzernaustausch Selbstorganisation ist ein seit 2017 bestehendes Netzwerk aus über 280 Mitgliedern von über 100 Konzernen, welches sich zur Mission gemacht hat, die Entfaltung einer sinnorientierten und selbstorganisierten Arbeitswelt zu fördern. Das Netzwerk ist zum Austausch von Praktikern für Praktiker in komplexen Strukturen gedacht. Es finden regelmäßige Netzwerktreffen statt und es wird an konzernübergreifenden Initiativen gearbeitet. Das Netzwerk ist keine Vertriebsplattform, weswegen es auch keine Berater oder Beratungsunternehmen aufnimmt.
