Kortas Training was established in 2018 as a construction-based training centre. Our assessors are qualified professionals and have many years of experience in the construction industry, providing them with extensive site knowledge. Our centre assesses a range of construction occupations for Operatives, Supervisors, and Managers. Our assessors use OSAT (On-Site Assessment and Training) this process of assessment is carried out on-site, which reduces time away from the workplace and provides an economical and practical route to achieving a formal qualification. Since our launch, we have expanded our construction-related training from OSAT to construction-specific in-house training courses. Although our focus is still on our construction-related National Vocational Qualification (NVQs). Kortas Training continues to develop as we have now branched out to a range of industries such as accountancy, healthcare, hospitality, and many more by offering eLearning courses. We are aware that eLearning is great for continuous professional development for busy working professionals with their busy schedules, as these courses can be undertaken anywhere and at any time.
