Denise Koster has worked in the area of violence and harassment since 1985. In response to the tragic murder of an elderly client Denise founded Koster Consulting & Associates in 1994. Over the past 27 years her work evolved from elder abuse advocacy and training, to the identification, assessment, investigation and management of workplace violence, discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment bullying and resident abuse. Denise investigates person to person and cyber harassment (a form of harassment using electronic forms of contact) cases focusing on both internal and external perpetrators including anonymous correspondence. As a Certified Threat Manager, and graduate of the world-renowned Gavin Debeckers’ Threat Assessment and Management Academy, Denise provides workplaces with customized threat assessment and management plans.
