Kotare Designs Director James Markham has 14 years’ experience in structural, civil and water engineering, construction and project management. Having worked in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, James is particularly inspired by the frequent use of locally sourced, sustainable materials such as wood in Kiwi building designs.
