Tarjoamme tehostettua palveluasumista lähinnä muistisairautta sairastaville ihmisille. Kotoisinkoti on 18 asukkaan koti Kempeleen Linnakankaalla, aivan Oulun ja Kempeleen rajalla. Lisäksi ylläpidämme vuorohoitopaikkaa sekä lyhytaikaista päivähoitopaikkaa omaishoitajien jaksamista ajatellen. Palveluvalikoimaamme kuuluu myös kotipalveluita kuten muistiohjaajan, fysioterapeutin ja toimintaterapeutin käyntejä. Lisäksi kauttamme saa virkistystä ja seuranpitoa kotiin. Missiomme on tarjota asukkaillemme arvokas vanhuus. Kaiken toimintamme perustana ovat arvomme: arvokas elämä, asiakaslähtöisyys, asiantuntijuus, ympäristö ja luonto sekä yhteiskuntavastuu.
