Kouros Phillips Development

Kouros Phillips Development is a community-based organization offering grant writing, research, strategic planning, board development and related services to the San Diego nonprofit community with an emphasis on programs serving the homeless and special needs groups. Those groups include victims of domestic violence, veterans, seniors, youth living alone and aging out of foster care, persons with substance dependency disorders and mental illness, ex-offenders and recently arrived refugees and asylum seekers.
