KSEPL is another Endeavour of Sri. R N Dwivedi, Ex-GM of Coal India Ltd. presently Chief Executive Officer of Coal Executives Welfare & Housing Organisation (CEWHO), who has been instrumental of launching a movement for personal residencies for Coal Executives in the country since 1990. Sri. Dwivedi has successfully championed the cause of Coal Executives for prime and affordable housing at Dhanbad – a self sustaining large scale Housing scheme named KUSUM VIHAR adjacent to Koylanagar HQ of BCCL, apart from his contributions to lead formation and functioning of Coal Executives Welfare & Housing Organisation (CEWHO) which has established land marks of Koyla Vihars at various parts of country specially at Kolkata, Ranchi and Gurgaon – resulting in a few hundred families living in their own abode with pride.
