At KPI Ventures, we bring together Total KPI Solutions (TKPIS) and Ca Nuza Wi Ya Solutions (CNWYS) to create a majority indigenous owned Professional Services firm, focused on delivering capital projects through a tri-lens approach: Indigenous Engagement, Environmental Management, and Construction Management. Indigenous Engagement: We work hand-in-hand with Indigenous communities to ensure their perspectives and values are at the heart of every project. Our goal is to foster meaningful relationships that lead to mutual growth and respect. Environmental Management: We ensure projects are environmentally sound, with a focus on reducing waste, compliance, and long-term sustainability for the indigenous lands, on which the Projects are built. Construction Management: We leverage years of experience to manage projects from start to finish, focusing on quality, timelines, and efficient delivery. One of our key focus areas is to build indigenous capacity and maximize the economic opportunities related to local Projects.
