FOR BUSINESSES: We help small to mid-sized companies identify where they are vulnerable to threats, whether related to employment, contracts or other business issues. Then, we help these companies address those vulnerabilities in the most effective and cost-efficient way possible by drafting contracts, employee handbooks and policies. If issues lead to litigation, we will vigorously advocate on our clients' behalf, but will also pursue alternative paths to resolution. FOR EMPLOYEES: We help individual employees who are facing current or potential separation of employment by counseling them on exit strategies and separation issues. As a part that, we review and negotiate executive separation agreements. We also counsel employees who are transitioning to new employment and need assistance negotiating contracts, covenants not to compete and confidentiality agreements.
