Educated as a social researcher I'm using a Human-Centered approach to understand how people behave and work together. In my earlier career, I worked for an IT company where I was part of the development team, helping them to define user needs and to improve products through prototyping and testing. When I moved to Amsterdam I fell in love with Design Thinking. Co-created and facilitated learning programs for marginalised groups, I fierily believe in the power of social design as a process to empower people. Currently, I’m involved in an inclusion program that gives creative newcomers a kick-start into their professional development.
