Krefter

Krefter is a developer & operator of some of the world's most green, effective and powerful data centres and renewable energy solutions. Using 100% renewable and green energy sources such as hydropower and wind power, we host various cloud storage, cloud computing, AI, BioTech, self-driving car and streaming solutions. In the coming years, Krefter will have several hyperscale data centres in operation. Mainly in Norway on behalf of mostly Asian and American clients. The profits from this activity are invested exclusively in research and development in renewable energy sources, such as wind, hydro, solar and tidal power. Our name, “Krefter”, is a Norwegian word for power or strength. Our goal is to utilise the immense power of our nature to power solutions that will improve the world. Our parent company, Grandtechnik, and our founders have led some of the world's largest big data and data centre development projects over the past 20 years, and we now strive to make this industry greener and better.
