For the same amount of Vitamin A our grandparents got from a single orange, we now need to eat eight. This is not a dietary problem, it is a soil crisis. Decades of extractive agriculture have depleted soils, eroded nutrition, and degraded ecosystems, combining to deepen the climate crisis. The Janani Climate Action Platform (JCAP) exists to reverse this trajectory. JCAP is a technology-enabled, community-driven platform that enables farming communities and grassroots groups to transition to regenerative agroecology, nourish ecosystems and build local climate resilience. It brings together projects, people, knowledge, and capital to regenerate soil, water, biodiversity, and community resilience, from the ground up. We are nourishing soil, water, biodiversity, people and the planet.
