Krulis Commercial

Just as a building needs strong foundations to stand the test of time, so does a business. At Krulis Commercial our foundations are built on exceptional personal service and a commitment to maximising investor returns. It's been that way since we first opened our doors in 1974. As a wholly Australian owned and operated company we have grown substantially and significantly expanded our capabilities over the years to become a successful full-service agency and a driving force in Eastern Suburbs real estate. Run by prominent local real estate identities Andrew Krulis and Peter O'Donnell who head a long-standing team of personable professionals, we now have more than $1 billion worth of assets under management. However the cornerstones are still in place and the fundamentals remain, so that when we say "we're at your service", you can rest assured that we mean it.
