Krystal Yachts offers owners and captains a simple solution to luxury yacht management and in particular, onboard reporting and land-based support. The safe and effective operation of any vessel requires a significant amount of checks and paperwork to be carried out on a regular basis, such as for ISM’s and mini ISM’s. The collection, recording and analysis of this data are necessary yet time-consuming tasks for the captain and crew. That’s why we have developed an easy to use iPad/iPhone-based checklist application to quickly record all the necessary information, which is then stored in our network of data centres. Krystal aims to remove the administrative burden of maintaining a yacht through providing a highly attentive and personal service. We develop a close relationship with every client, gaining an understanding of their activities and preferences and getting to know the particular aspects of their craft. We offer all the shore-based services a yacht owner may require, whether they relate to the technical operation of the boat (such as maintenance planning and spares resourcing), voyages (such as berthing, bunkering and security) or the guests and crew (such as training and concierge services).
