Donate link: Kshamata, founded in 2011, is dedicated to empowering women and adolescent girls who have survived trafficking, gender-based violence, and extreme vulnerability. We provide skill development, education, mental health support, and livelihood opportunities to help them transition from institutional care to independent and dignified lives. Through our holistic rehabilitation programs, we equip women with vocational training, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship skills, ensuring long-term economic stability. The Kshamata Transformation Program (KTP), our residential program, enables adolescent girls and women to gain control over their futures and become self-reliant. At Kshamata, we work at the grassroots level to break the cycle of exploitation and prevent re-trafficking by strengthening access to essential services. Our partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government bodies support us create sustainable change, offering survivors a pathway to freedom and empowerment. To date we have supported over 4200+ women, with 68% achieving economic empowerment and successfully reintegrating into society. Vision The cycle of exploitation is broken for vulnerable women – they lead a life of dignity, confidence and freedom. Mission Kshamata reintegrates women in vulnerable circumstances back into society - equipping them with skills for life and livelihood; empowering them to live independently; and supporting them to build a new life.
