Break A Sweat Challenge” strives to promote health in the youth community by sharing active lifestyles, through ALL sports, to develop the tools for success!” Individuals participating in the BREAK A SWEAT CHALLENGE (BAS)(each a “Participant”) do so at their own election and at their own risk. Participants hereby do release, relieve, discharge and hold harmless THE KIDS SPORTS NEWS NETWORK (KSNN), its officers, trustees, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, whether for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with participation in any activities and any travel associated with BAS. KSNN is not responsible for, and specifically disclaims responsibility for, any loss, injury liability, cost, damages or other claims arising from or in relation to the BAS.
