Ku-Heart

KU-HEART is a multi-disciplinary club based on the view that healthcare sciences cannot be separated from humanities and art and that strengthening the relation of medicine with humanistic disciplines such as ethics, psychology, sociology, and artistic disciplines must be at the "heart" of medical education. As KU-HEART, we aim to increase our knowledge and understanding of medical humanities and arts in medicine by engaging in extracurricular activities including seminars and workshops. We cultivate ourselves by learning from different approaches towards healthcare from experts in the field, improve our communication and empathy skills through various workshops, relieve our stress through yoga and meditation, and spark our creativity through ceramic and painting workshops. And, we have so much fun during the journey!
