Our team has extensive experience working with a range of disabilities, including physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions. We provide individualized assessments and interventions to help our clients develop skills and strategies to manage their daily activities, improve their overall health and wellbeing, and achieve their goals. Our services are client-centred, meaning that we work closely with our clients and their loved ones to identify their needs and priorities, and tailor our interventions accordingly. We believe in a multidimensional approach to healthcare which requires a collaborative partnership, working closely with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Our services are delivered in a variety of settings, including in-home and community-based environments. We also offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer to receive services remotely. Our team is committed to providing flexible and accessible services that meet the unique needs of each client.
