We are Kultua, a B2B startup focused on People Management, Culture & People Analytics - Founder Institute Graduate in nov/20. Our mission is to transform relationships and work experiences, enhancing cultures that bring employees and companies closer together, promoting an integrated, collaborative and results-oriented corporate environment. Kultua was born under the name Mojo in Shell's 1st Ideation Week promoted in partnership with Fábrica de Startups Brasil, in Rio de Janeiro, and was accelerated until Feb / 20. Since then, we have modeled, tested, validated and improved our solution, a platform for engaging employees and reinforcing the company's target culture.
