Just like you talk with friends, you can text, photo message, and video chat with your coach on an unlimited basis, all through the Kumu app. A note from Kumu's CEO: Kumu was born from the vision that wellness is a journey best accomplished with a friend. We call these friends Kumu Wellness Coaches, and we’ve spent the last 5 years learning, and failing, and learning some more about what makes an awesome Coach. Knowledgeable. Supportive. Someone who understands that to replace a bad habit, you first have to create a good habit. Our core belief is that for a healthy habit to stick, it has to be simple and personal. So Kumu gets rid of the need for nutrition calculators, rigid exercise plans, and gives you 100% more of the personal attention from your Coach.
