Kupperman Companies

Kupperman Companies is a real estate development and investment firm with holdings throughout the Southeast and Mountain Regions. We design, develop, and acquire hotels, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use projects in Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, Colorado and across the Gulf Coast. We invest in award-winning historic redevelopments that preserve the history, architecture, and culture of the surrounding community. We currently manage over square feet of hospitality, retail, and mixed-use assets. Honored by the Louisiana Landmarks Society Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation in 2016, 2018, and 2022. We co-founded and launched The Drifter Hotel with our partners in 2017, a boutique hotel in New Orleans, LA. We also develop our own brands and help and invest in others to build and grow their ventures.
