Kushamiri Consultancy is a Human Capital and Wellness organisation, fully owned and run by bona fide Swazi women. We aim to provide quality psychological services, human capital support services and develop psychosocial programs in Swaziland. Kushamiri consists of a team of three psychologists trained in various focus areas (Industrial, Clinical and Counselling Psychology) as well as one Human Resource expert with a background in recruitment, organisational change management and strategic planning, among other disciplines. Our services are aimed at corporate organisations, public sector entities, Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) individuals and groups in need of tailored interventions that will merge the power of psychology as well as strategic human resources management. The term “Kushamiri” means “to flourish” in Swahili and in all projects we endeavour to bring about a consciousness in management and staff on the importance of organisational growth and proficiency in meeting their mandate. Organisational competence cannot be realised unless the people, strategies and systems are in sync to support common purpose and therefore flourish in that designated industry. We are the professionals who unlock an organisations’ potential to do so.
