Kusom Placement Cell

KUSOM Placement Cell aims to cater to industry demands by acting as a bridge between employers and school graduates. To meet this objective, the cell engages in various activities that help students explore their networking and other varied management skills also serving as a platform for students to enhance their interpersonal skills. The cell organizes an annual event, the KUSOM Job and Internship Fair (KJIF) which aims to provide a common platform for KUSOM students to connect with the leading and growing companies of their preferences, as well as for the corporate sector to recruit potential employees and interns for their organizations. KUSOM Placement Cell believes that being involved in this rewarding event is an opportunity for the students to connect with their desired organization, and gain first-hand experience as the candidates participating in KJIF until they are at the other side of the table.
