Our design and technology bureau, production facilities, advanced scientific and technical expertise allow us to fill various orders taking into account specific requirements of every customer, including developing non-standard, custom solutions. In recent years, we have developed and manufactured a wide range of vibrating screens and vibrating feeders with vibratory motor drive for various industries. We also conduct systematic modernization of traditional machines, which includes equipping the machine with vibratory motor drive. The use of a vibratory motor drive instead of traditional inertial vibrators, pipe vibrators, etc. allows to: • Increase the service life of bearing assemblies • Reduce the installed capacity of the drive • Simplify maintenance by eliminating the need for lubrication In addition to that: • The machine is symmetrical. There are no "left" and "right" versions of the machine, which assures interchangeability • External motors and transmission of rotation such as petal couplings is excluded Thus, when using a vibratory motor drive, including when modernizing traditional machines, interchangeability is ensured both in terms of overall dimensions and connection dimensions. Such design allows to significantly increase reliability, as well as to decrease operating costs.
