We constantly monitor the ASR, PDD, and ACD of our destinations to make sure we are exceeding the generally accepted quality parameters for any given destination. We are looking for the few good customers and suppliers who believe that FAS, long PDD, and dead air are not acceptable call treatments and are willing to pay the price needed to eradicate such irritating results from their network.
