Our range of food products are manufactured with two different technologies- Retort and Freeze dried. No preservative, no colouring agent, no artificial flavours are used in our product range. Our entire range of ready to eat products are manufactured using traditional cooking process and retain the same texture and flavour as freshly cooked food. The entire heat and eat range of ready-to-eat products are prepared using Retort technology. The food after being prepared in the conventional method, goes into a machine for 1 to 2 hours, where it is sterilized through thermal shock. It is then packed in a manner to enable shelf storage for a few months in room temperature. With the Freeze Drying method, we reduce the moisture level in the cooked food to below 10% using a unique and expensive technology. Dried in low temperature, the food’s nutrition and flavour are retained up to 95%. The food can be regenerated by simply adding hot water. It is lightweight in carrying and easy to transport in large volumes.
