It asks questions and seeks answers while understanding that sometimes there are none. A place well known for bourbon, coal, and horse racing, the Bluegrass State has become a folksy centerpiece on the national stage that is commonly misunderstood. Using the shareable nature of the online format, this series seeks to give voice to those who have been historically marginalized and reclaim our narrative, to show that this state – like many places around the world – is complex, diverse, and beautiful.
