Founded in loving memory of Kyle John Rymiszewski who lost his life to hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) in 2009 just 8 days short of his 16th birthday. The foundation is committed to raising awareness of this genetic disease and to funding research to improve treatment outcomes. We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of other kids, along with their families, who are dealing with HCM.
