Kyotherm

Kyotherm is an investment company dedicated to financing decarbonization projects in the fields of renewable heat and energy efficiency. With InfraVia Capital Partners as majority sharholder, Kyotherm invests equity in infrastructure projects ranging from €2 million to over €500 million in CAPEX, primarily across Europe and North America, with the ability to invest globally. We finance projects developed by technical partners (developers, EPCs, operators) on behalf of industrial, commercial, and public-sector clients. Our model enables these end clients to decarbonize their operations without committing financial resources or impacting their balance sheets. Since 2011, Kyotherm has financed more than 65 projects in 13 countries, representing 280 MW of assets across biomass, waste-to-energy, district heating, geothermal, solar thermal, electrification, waste heat recovery, thermal storage, and energy efficiency sectors.
