KyteMark Solutions Ltd's mission is to help businesses uncover their USPs via the application of innovative Market Research tools. Matthew Wright joined KyteMark Solutions in Jan 2013 following a career in the City as an Equity Analyst. KyteMark subsequently developed a suite of research products to help bring a clear structure and procedure to the Market Research process. The 4 key products developed were as follows:* Market Pathfinder - a combination of Online and Traditional surveys * Competitor Pathfinder - Mystery Shopping and Business Analysis * Customer Pathfinder - Live Interviews and Strategic Insight * Prospect Pathfinder - Sales Research and Managed Telemarketing Since their creation, KyteMark's Pathfinder products have helped a wide variety of businesses, from fields as diverse as Financial Services, Manufacturing, HR, Legal, IT and Business Coaching, to name but a few. In Feb 2016, KyteMark launched a new online tool - the Market Insight Healthcheck. This tool was developed as a quick and easy way for businesses to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their Marketing activities. After completing the short online survey, participants received an instant percentage score out of 100 with the option to receive a free report detailing potential solutions to the weaknesses identified. This underlines the ethos of KyteMark - to help businesses identify issues, then to be on hand to deliver practical solutions to those issues. Put simply, Actions speak louder than Words.
